रायपुर। राजभवन में अभी राज्यपाल हरिचंदन ने कोंडागांव विधायक मोहनमरकाम को  मंत्री पद की शपथदिलाई इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल भी उपस्थित रहे।
